Change management is the discipline that guides how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in order to achieve organizational goals. It is a methodical approach in dealing with an organization’s transformation in its goals, processes or technologies. The key purpose of change management is for the implementation of strategies for effecting change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change.
